SHU offers an industry leading 1-year Chef Apprenticeship in partnership with Belfast Met College.
The Programme provides certification in a Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery. Apprentices will learn on-the-job from exceptional chefs within a highly-skilled kitchen brigade whilst working with premium seasonal produce and high quality equipment and tools.
