Very bright and pale lemon in colour. Fruity citrus aromas blend with fragrant mountain   
herbs on the nose. The palate is full-flavoured with a leesy texture, with lots of ripe fruit  
balanced by a refreshing smack of acidity.        
La Delizia Pinot Grigio Blush 2015 (Italy)                £6.25£21
La Delizia have exploited the light copper coloured tint in the grape skins to make the  
palest of rosés with elegant fine pear style fruit and crisp refreshing acidity. A hint of  
minerality provides sufficient under carriage to make it food friendly but it's ideal to   
drink just by itself.

A true rosé, made with a brief maceration before pressing to extract a lovely salmon   
colour. It is light and refreshing, with bright berry and fruit flavours and a clean,    
zippy finish.

Balanced and elegant. An intense bouquet of raspberries and cherries well mingled with  
a delicate touch of spice and thyme. On the palate, layers of complex fruit flavours with  
notes of blackcurrants and blackberries. This is all beautifully enhanced with creamy   
vanilla oak on the long lingering finish.

Beautiful blend of red and black fruit flavours, backed up with a hint of spice and   
an impressive tannic structure.

Displaying concentrated plum and cassis notes, this deep purple wine fills the mouth with   
juicy black fruit characters and hints of earthy pepper. Oak contact adds complementary   
dark chocolate and vanilla softness, with well structured tannins adding length and texture.

Blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault and Viognier. Typical Rhone style   
spice, balanced with succulent fruit, hints of bitter dark chocolate and spicy aromatics.

A big rich St Emilion with ripe blackberry, damson and black cherry fruit. Sweet juicy   
tannins, spicy cinnamon and cedar oak and a lively acidity complete the picture.    
83% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc.     
Château Perron Lalande de Pomerol 2012 (France)   £39.5
Deep cherry red colour with violet tints. Very open and expressive on the nose.   
Aromas of strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants and blackberries, topped off with   
toasty-vanilla notes,showing fine oak being well used.     
Very fleshy and round on the palate with fine, ripe tannin structure. Remarkably well  
balanced and long on the finish.      
Vaux St.Georges Pinot Noir 2016  (France)    £7.50£28.00
This is a lovely example of Loire Pinot, really supple and soft with good fruit depth and       
rounded tannins. The wine sees 15% new oak in its barrel-aging which gives it good   
structure but still letting the strawberry and raspberry fruits come to the fore. There's a   
hint of richer, darker berry fruits there too with a dash of white pepper in the mix.

Unfiltered, unfined, artisan Beaujolias. This wine is on more Michelin starred wine lists than  
any other. Bright, pure cherry fruit with a super silky texture and a lingering, mineral finish.  
Martin Wassmer Spätburgunder Baden 2016 (Germany)    £32
Distinctly lighter than your average German pinot noir, unadulterated by oak and carrying  
a breezy charm. Perfumed and with sweet raspberry fruit, there's a lovely intensity with   
the soft tannins before an attractive red cherry hit on the finish.

Terre di Montelusa Primitivo 2017 (Italy)                                                                                               £6.75 £26.00
This smooth, juicy Primitivo is full of Southern Puglian character. With                              
medium body, ripe, sun-blushed fruit, a touch of spice and soft velvety   
texture. This is a real crowd pleaser.     
Chocolate Box 2016 (Australia) GSM    £33.00
A blend of 36% Grenache, 34% Shiraz and 30% Mourvedre produced from Barossa   
Valley fruit. The palate has a delicious spiciness with cinnamon evident over a robust   
and generous body. It leaves a persistent lingering silky finish

Cappuccino Pinotage is a very seductive Pinotage expressing the delicious    
mocha flavours of ground coffee and cacao. This is a seductive wine with the    
focus on softer mocha and ground coffee flavours, whilst retaining the inherent   
fruity attractiveness of the cultivar.
